Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques.
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards.
