Key Responsibilities

•Analyze user behavior and apply ML algorithms to improve content consumption/production and recommendation strategies
•Design and apply ML algorithms and recommendation strategies to enhance user experience on the platform
•Build scalable recommendation systems, classifiers, and tools leveraging ML
•Develop full-stack search engine systems combining information retrieval with modern ML methods (NLP, CV, recommender systems)
•Deploy model pipelines and services at scale, running offline/online experiments and evaluating results to improve algorithms and strategies

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a quantitative/ML field (or related) with 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor’s with 6 years (5 years post-bachelor’s)
•4 years of experience coding using Python or C++
•4 years developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems
•4 years developing data-driven prediction models using classic statistical methods and machine learning/deep learning
•4 years optimizing, training, and deploying ML/deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus experience with Hive/Spark/Hadoop/Flink
