Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently provide high levels of client service, including greetings, assisting with questions, and wrapping/packaging at point of sale.
  • •Support the sales team with selling-process tasks such as hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
  • •Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and ensure items are stocked at all times.
  • •Support client service and concierge-related activities including doorperson and greeter/host functions.
  • •Answer phones in a timely manner and support after-sales areas by logging repairs and maintaining active records.

Salary: USD 20 - 23 hourly
