Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee offboarding for external employees across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and related legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements, influencing positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality and ensuring accurate records.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring cases, and driving process improvements/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/HR instruments, research complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
