Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs.
  • •Apply critical path method scheduling to assess schedule logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery options.
  • •Partner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning outputs with execution needs.
  • •Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously and prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders (SOX control responsibilities may apply where needed).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must speak Portuguese fluently.
  • •7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • •Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
  • •Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
  • •Background planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably in data center construction or related industries.
