Coordinate employee engagement, internal communications, and event programs for a globally distributed team of ~150 within a non-profit initiative. Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute internal team-buildings, strategic summits, online gatherings, and major external public events from concept to completion.
•Own the event lifecycle, including conceptual design, budgeting, location sourcing, contractor/agency management, and collecting attendee feedback.
•Coordinate logistical, technical, and hospitality aspects for internal team members and external guests.
•Structure and maintain the department’s information space across core channels (including Slack, newsletters, and internal resource portals).
•Translate organizational updates and impact milestones into clear content, align internal messaging for onboarding/offboarding, and help prepare speaking points and presentation materials for All-Hands and public events.

Key Requirements

•2–3+ years of experience in Event Management, Internal Communications, or HR-brand roles.
•Practical experience vetting, negotiating with, and managing external contractors and creative agencies.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for daily global communication.
•Empathetic, energetic, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
