Commis II (QA)

Assist in kitchen operations and food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness, follow recipes and plating standards, manage stock and inventory to minimize waste, and uphold food safety and sanitation. Collaborate with chefs and staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service, participate in training to improve culinary skills, and contribute to the overall success of the culinary team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
