Reward Programmes Manager (FTC)

Own the governance and smooth delivery of reward programmes, ensuring reward decisions are fair, consistent, accurate, and compliant. Manage the annual performance and reward cycle, create and maintain reward processes, templates, and controls, and run the global long-term incentive plan database. Partner with Group Finance, auditors, and senior stakeholders to deliver executive remuneration reporting, communicate complex reward information clearly, and drive continuous improvement across ways of working.
