Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as part of the Global TKM Readiness Team lead/manager for new TKM opportunities and evaluation projects from initiation through production readiness.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (Spares Business Unit, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Services, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, etc.) and develop/maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment through regular project meetings, action-item tracking, and resolving roadblocks; ensure deliverables are completed on schedule with quality and customer expectations.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, assess business impact, and develop mitigation/contingency plans.
  • •Manage customer evaluation program and coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely completion of evaluation deliverables and customer commitments, communicating status and escalations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •8+ years of project or program management experience in a high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment.
  • •Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across global organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI), product evaluation, qualification, and commercialization processes.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for project planning, analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
