Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones.
  • •Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; ensure application of best practices on all projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage reporting, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs through independent review.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously, manage supplier and design team interfaces, and provide support to owners, architects, contractors, and stakeholders including rapid RFIs; advise on cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
  • •Strong organizational/management skills with effective presentation and communication abilities.
