Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps/Platform team: set technical priorities, support hiring, provide feedback, and foster a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.
•Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform: cluster architecture, deployment standards, autoscaling, reliability, security practices, and developer experience.
•Improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows to make deployments safer, more repeatable, and easier for engineering teams.
•Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure improvements with business and product needs.
•Identify and remove bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, platform operations, and production support processes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, including 2+ years in a lead or senior ownership role.
