Job Summary

Conduct building surveying across industrial, office, and retail real estate in Poland, supporting technical due diligence, dilapidation, lifecycle and asset verification. Provide technical advice, prepare technical reports, and act as consultant/supervision inspector on construction projects. Verify permits, execution and as-built documentation, costs of works, and installation acceptance inspections while advising on contractor selection and monitoring projects for investor and occupier clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical advice within the scope of qualifications and prepare technical reports for technical due diligence.
•Act as a consultant/supervision inspector on construction projects.
•Verify building permits, execution designs, and as-built documentation, including participation in acceptance inspections.
•Verify costs of works and advise on selecting contractors for construction and installation works.
•Deliver survey and reporting instructions from inception to completion while complying with company policies and quality management procedures.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of professional experience.
•Unlimited construction license to manage construction works in the structural specialization.
•Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions, applied in practice.
•Knowledge of English sufficient for fluent communication and industry terminology.
•Experience preparing technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence) is welcome.
