Sales & Service Lead - Sherway Gardens

Lead an exceptional in-store guest experience by coaching teams on customer connection and technical product education, and driving day-to-day sales engagement. Analyze performance reports to strategize, support action plans, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure strong sales floor coverage, partner with Operations and Visual Leads on budgets, expenses, inventory and vendors, and oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers—recruiting, developing, and providing ongoing feedback.
