Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the complete hardware development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, verification/validation, qualification/certification testing) for electrical/residential applications.
  • •Independently design hardware for residential and commercial products, including 8/16/32-bit microcontroller-based solutions.
  • •Verify designs using simulation tools (PSpice, LTSpice, ModelSim) and apply analytical methods to resolve complex technical issues.
  • •Own EMI/EMC and environmental compliance work (UL/IEC, RoHS, REACH) and apply PCB design guidelines for SI and high-speed design.
  • •Lead NPI and projects with risk identification, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for prototyping and testing, and release changes into ENOVIA PLM.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • •6-9 years of experience in electronics design and development.
  • •Experience in hardware design including power supply, analog, and digital design (GFCI/AFCI, sensors, timers).
  • •Expertise with CAD and simulation tools for electronics design.
  • •Hands-on implementation of MCU-based designs with verification and validation testing.
