Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices.
  • •Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
  • •Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities.
  • •Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to DoD/DoR.
  • •Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
