Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner teams.
  • •Understand technical architectures, facilitate technical discussions, and drive decisions for optimal solution design.
  • •Ensure requirements, deliverables, and documentation meet NVIDIA quality standards and are completed on schedule.
  • •Lead governance, status updates, and syncs with global internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.
  • •Own delivery of complex on-site or remote data center installations, including escalations, change requests, and post-implementation documentation/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in project delivery management or customer service delivery leadership.
  • •5+ years of field service, customer implementation, or post-sales support experience for enterprise hardware & software platforms.
  • •Deep working knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, cabling, power, cooling, and physical deployment workflows.
  • •Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills, with leadership experience across cross-functional, global, and diverse teams.
