Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and maintain highly available backend systems, distributed data pipelines, and scalable cloud infrastructure for real-time AI applications.
•Use infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native tooling to build, manage, and optimize production, staging, and development environments.
•Develop stream-processing jobs for global, high-frequency data streams with ultra-low latency.
•Collaborate with AI Research, Engineering, and Data Science to containerize, deploy, orchestrate, and monitor scalable ML models and infrastructure.
•Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including deployment, proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response with root-cause analysis and blameless post-mortems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,800 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•5+ years of professional software engineering focused on backend systems, distributed architectures, and infrastructure management.
•Strong proficiency in Java, Python and/or Rust for high-performance, concurrent backend code.
•Production experience with stream-processing frameworks, specifically Apache Flink.
•Experience with observability stacks (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
