Own and evolve Engineering University Programs, including internship, apprenticeship, and new graduate tracks. •Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Engineering University Programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and new graduate programs.
•Deliver engaging participant experiences through programming, events, and development opportunities for early-career talent.
•Partner with University Recruiting to ensure a seamless experience from candidate acceptance through program completion.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Talent Acquisition, People, and Learning & Development to align program goals, drive engagement, and measure success.
•Manage program communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support across multiple initiatives, using feedback and metrics to improve outcomes.
