  • •Consult with the business on staffing strategy, hiring and sourcing trends

  • •Manage candidate screening/interviews and build candidate funnels to provide hiring managers options
  • •Optimise job postings, use sourcing tools, and guide offers/negotiations on behalf of AECOM

Key Requirements

  • •Senior-level recruitment experience for multi-discipline roles in the Ireland engineering consultancy market
  • •Experience recruiting core disciplines including Project & Cost Management, Building Engineering, and Transportation Engineering
  • •Extensive stakeholder management experience
  • •Experience attracting technical/niche talent via social media
  • •Experience creating and implementing impactful recruitment strategies beyond the norm
