Job Summary

Support North American procurement teams by managing end-to-end e-sourcing and source-to-contract activities. Run RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and e Auctions using SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization, partnering with category managers to define strategy and evaluation criteria. Provide supplier and stakeholder support, perform bid analysis and scenario modeling, maintain compliant sourcing/contract documentation, and report performance metrics using Tableau and QuickBase.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and e Auctions) through award recommendation using SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO).
•Partner with U.S.-based category managers and stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, event structures, and evaluation criteria.
•Configure, launch, and manage sourcing events, including supplier invitations, document management, bid structures, and timelines.
•Monitor live events and perform bid analysis and scenario modeling in CSO to support compliant award decisions.
•Maintain accurate and compliant sourcing and contract documentation, support Source-to-Contract transitions, and provide performance reporting using Tableau and QuickBase.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO).
•Experience designing, executing, and managing complex e-sourcing events, including large-scale RFPs and e auctions.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic sourcing processes from project intake through contract award.
•Advanced analytical capabilities for bid evaluation and scenario modeling with data-driven recommendations.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
