Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to drive commercial performance and grow strategic restaurant partnerships across the UAE Food vertical. Use commercial analytics to spot growth opportunities, set and track team KPIs, and optimize performance. Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver outstanding restaurant experiences, support negotiation of commercial terms, and represent Careem in key stakeholder meetings.

•Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
