Oversee operational and visual processes, investigate inventory accuracy issues, and support sell-through through accurate counts and coordinated labor planning. Manage budgets and key metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru), drive team accountability and coaching, and develop talent through recruitment and succession planning.
