Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute advanced signal processing research programs for wireless sensing and RF systems, including estimation, detection, and adaptive methods.
•Develop and validate RF modeling and propagation models, including DAS, Doppler, multipath, and phase noise analyses.
•Design and implement algorithms for sparse array processing, beamforming, range-Doppler, and SAR with attention to real-time performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert theoretical methods into prototype demonstrations and DoD-ready capabilities.
•Mentor junior researchers and document findings with clear, publishable technical reports and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,300 - 224,900 annually

Key Requirements

•M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. plus 3+ years experience.
•Experience with signal processing (estimation, detection, etc.).
•Experience with RF modeling and sensing.
•Active Top Secret government security clearance.
