Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive CLM adoption and enablement so the revenue team self-serves on standard deals.
  • •Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as deal structures evolve.
  • •Perform first-pass review and redlining of standard agreements; draft from templates as volume requires.
  • •Build and own structured intake for legal workstreams across the company and maintain governance records (privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars).
  • •Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations; train teams and manage outside counsel and the legal tech stack.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management, including 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company.
  • •Implemented or rebuilt a CLM (Ironclad preferred), designed intake workflows, and stood up reporting stakeholders relied on.
  • •Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on both sell-side and buy-side paper.
  • •Build with AI and automation; comfortable with AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms and willing to experiment.
  • •Operate with autonomy and good judgment on what can be handled vs. what needs a lawyer.
