Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive planning and execution against team objectives and OKRs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and transparent reporting.
  • •Own sprint execution, delivery planning, capacity management, dependency management, and risk management.
  • •Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, Retail Tech teams, and Tech Leads to deliver business outcomes and reliable omnichannel capabilities.
  • •Drive engineering excellence through development practices, quality standards, operational discipline, reliability/security, and continuous improvement.
  • •Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentoring, performance management, and career development; establish metrics to improve productivity and delivery predictability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams in an agile delivery environment.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • •Experience owning roadmap execution, delivery planning, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Solid background building APIs, distributed systems, and integration-heavy platforms with familiarity with API-first, cloud-native architectures.
  • •Experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume transactional systems, plus strong engineering quality and operational excellence practices.
