Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product innovation for AI-powered document intelligence scenarios and translate requirements into structured, scalable enterprise product solutions.
  • •Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions for AI services, workflows, and platform capabilities, enabling standardized and robust enterprise AI use cases.
  • •Own architecture and technical governance via design/architecture reviews, enforcing engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • •Lead hands-on engineering for API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and partner with QA on test cases and test data preparation.
  • •Deploy and scale on GCP using Kubernetes, and ensure reliability through monitoring, load/performance testing, optimization, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years end-to-end enterprise B-end AI product design experience.
  • •5+ years technical background with strong understanding of AI, LLM, and intelligent document processing.
  • •10+ years of IT experience (preferably enterprise application or platform development), including 6+ years hands-on Java and Python backend/platform engineering.
  • •6+ years hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend and platform engineering, with demonstrated solution design and hands-on coding expertise.
  • •University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
