Job Summary

Drive enterprise cybersecurity Detect-and-Respond solution proposals by designing SOC/MDR transformation and managed-services approaches. Partner with sales and product specialists to craft RFP responses, run workshops/demos, and deliver proof-of-concepts focused on agentic AI, automation, threat hunting, and SIEM/SOAR/UEBA platforms. Stay current with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks and provide executive-level presentations to CISO and security leadership on ROI, compliance, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and present tailored technical and commercial proposals for SOC and MDR transformation and managed-services requirements across SIEM and related capabilities.
•Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and craft RFP responses, presentations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
•Advise clients on SOC modernization, integration of SIEM platforms, and applying AI/agentic AI/automation for Detect and Respond SOC/MDR programs.
•Stay current with cybersecurity trends, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST), and regulatory mandates impacting SOC modernization and transformation.
•Deliver executive-level presentations articulating value propositions, ROI, and strategic benefits of Detect and Respond services to CISO/security leadership.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in cybersecurity solution design including SOC and MDR, with at least 5 years in PreSales or solution proposal/consulting roles.
•Deep knowledge of SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Splunk, Google SecOps) and related SOC tooling such as SOAR/AI/Agentic AI/automation, EDR/XDR, UEBA, and ITDR/OT SOC.
•Experience aligning solution proposals with client business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational resilience goals.
•Familiarity with cloud security in AWS, Azure, and GCP as well as hybrid environments.
•Preferred certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk Architect, and Google SecOps certifications.
