Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret referrals and conduct initial evaluations to identify physiological, psychological, and cognitive issues.
  • •Develop, deliver, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client needs across physiological, cognitive, and psychological domains.
  • •Perform ongoing risk assessments and follow safety measures during therapy sessions.
  • •Implement strategies for client self-management and provide health education to improve well-being.
  • •Complete patient-care administrative tasks (documentation, billing, insurance submissions) and work with an interdisciplinary team on patient-centered goals and clinical handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy with advanced specialty certifications (SI, Bobath, Mulligan, Spinal Manipulation).
  • •6+ years of physiotherapy experience, including 4+ years in a specialty area (e.g., Neuro, MSK, ICU, Orthopaedics, or Paediatric Rehab).
  • •Experience working with children with neurological and complex rehabilitation needs.
  • •Demonstrated experience in Sensory Integration assessment and intervention, seating/positioning, splinting, and upper limb management.
  • •Experience in a CARF/JCI-accredited hospital or rehabilitation setting, with DOH/DHA-compliant licensure and BLS plus paediatric-relevant certifications (PALS/ACLS).
