Director (M6), Product Operations Head – Spares SBU

Lead director-level product operations for the Spares SBU, owning product strategy and portfolio execution across FPM, Repair, and On-Demand offerings. Drive multi-year roadmaps, revenue growth, margin expansion, KPI and executive reporting, and value leakage reduction. Establish product-centric governance and an operating model with execution discipline while aligning Sales, BD, Marketing, Operations, logistics, pricing, and fulfillment. Lead global PLM/PM teams and build organizational capability to scale and transform.
