Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment from procurement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and ready-for-service handover.
  • •Act as the primary on-site interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
  • •Drive supplier coordination, issue resolution, schedule management, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages.
  • •Provide visibility and escalation management for equipment-related risks, delays, defects, resource constraints, and supplier performance issues.
  • •Ensure equipment vendors have resources, technicians, parts/spares, documentation, and site access required for installation and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; alternatively, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Experience coordinating complex equipment packages across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems.
  • •Highly effective stakeholder management to influence multiple disciplines, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
