Job Summary

Support the sales enablement team by coordinating training webinars, content reviews, and onboarding logistics; create communications for sales teams; track enablement metrics; help locate assets; contribute to company values. Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for the day-to-day execution of content lifecycle management tasks and enablement webinar logistics, including session invitations, content review schedules, session communication, and post-session analysis.
•Develops communication messages to our sales teams via multiple channels including email and communities.
•Applies naming conventions and standards.
•Assists with onboarding logistics.
•Produces enablement activity metrics and reports.

Key Requirements

•BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Marketing, Creative Design or other relative qualification.
•Experience in managing digital assets.
•Experience/interest in learning methods and communication methods.
•Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, …).
•Excellence in written and oral presentation in English; fluency in other languages is desirable.
