Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and orchestration of complex data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Python, SQL, and frameworks like dbt, Airflow, and Dagster.
•Architect scalable data solutions using modern platforms (BigQuery), lakehouse patterns (Delta Lake, Iceberg), and event-driven streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, Pub/Sub).
•Define enterprise-wide data models and implement data contracts and APIs to ensure reliable interfaces between data producers and consumers.
•Establish data governance, security, cataloging, and stewardship standards, and drive data observability with monitoring and drift detection.
•Deploy agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems for automated data engineering workflows, including RAG systems and LLMOps guardrails.

•3+ years of relevant and practical experience in data engineering.
•Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering at scale.

•Experience building streaming and orchestration pipelines (Kafka/Flink/Pub/Sub; Airflow/Dagster; dbt).
•Ability to implement data governance and engineering best practices including data contracts/APIs and data observability.
