Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and management while partnering with operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Grow revenue and business development through Small Business and Mass Affluent strategies, including client appointments and outbound prospecting. Manage human capital decisions such as interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews. Represent Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values in the community.
