Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking duties based on instructions.
  • •Complete post-coating tasks such as removing parts from fixtures, removing masking, and troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment.
  • •Carry out minor repairs on coating equipment where applicable and perform Total Preventive Maintenance on required machines/equipment.
  • •Perform deburring and grinding-related operations (including countersinking, polishing, drilling, or grit blast) using hand and power tools.
  • •Verify parts meet visual and dimensional quality requirements using measuring tools and support engineers with new or changed operations.

Key Requirements
