  • •Manage a team to oversee launch and maturation of new product offerings into strategic markets.
  • •Develop and finalize recommendations to launch new products and evaluate buy/build/ally decisions for product lines.
  • •Maintain knowledge of business and underwriting performance and perform post-launch maintenance and underwriting for in-market products.
  • •Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure products are designed and implemented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related discipline, or 4 years of related experience substituted in lieu of degree.
  • •8 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, or Operations, including direct product management experience.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
  • •Experience developing product strategies, product plans, and product roadmaps across multiple products.
  • •Knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and experience leading agile product development processes.
