Job Summary

Provide high-level technical support to ensure optimal drill fleet performance across customer sites. Diagnose, fault-find, repair, and service drill equipment, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop defect elimination programs. Deliver on-site training, complete product upgrades, and create or update preventative maintenance plans and component life extension strategies. Partner with engineering and customer maintenance teams to improve availability, reliability, and reduce operating costs while meeting Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, fault-find, repair and service drill equipment across customer sites.
•Provide advanced technical support and on-site training to customers.
•Conduct root cause analysis and develop defect elimination programs.
•Collaborate with customer maintenance planning teams to develop forecasts, task lists, and maintenance instructions.
•Develop, implement, and update preventative maintenance plans; facilitate product upgrades and component life extension strategies while ensuring SHEQ compliance and improving availability and reliability.
