Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Property Connectivity team, driving integrations across Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and other third-party platforms. Define value propositions, competitor positioning, and MVP-plus feature sets through customer co-innovation. Coordinate end-to-end delivery with R&D, Product Marketing, and Operations, manage partnership requirements, and ensure releases meet user needs and product readiness guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•5 to 7 years of progressive experience with travel industry, hospitality distribution, system connectivity, and product development.
•Strong knowledge of hotel distribution and CRS/PMS connectivity, including CRS, GDS, OTA, PMS, RMS, payment systems, content distribution, and channel management.
•Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML schemas, including Open Travel Alliance XML schema and HTNG usage profiles.
•Clear communication skills and demonstrated proficiency across multiple disciplines/processes relevant to the role.
