Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills such as scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and custom application procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and support compliant record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed while working in a compliant environment.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Able to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Able to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license preferred.
