Key Responsibilities

•Manage engineering group responsible for Maintenance module for OLED Evaporation system and large format Glass Substrate Handling tooling.
•Provide technical leadership and/or execute engineering projects for Display System Tooling Development, including maintenance tooling and module transportation tooling.
•Ensure on-time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of complex technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
•Ensure tooling designs comply with SEMI safety standards and applicable regional EHS requirements.
•Oversee staffing, mentoring, professional development, hiring/retention, budget adherence, and delegation of work for assigned projects and programs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
•10–15 years of experience.
•Experience meeting SEMI standards, safety standards, and ASME/ISO design standards.
•Experience developing heavy equipment tooling for display manufacturing, including heavy material-handling techniques.
•Proficiency with 3D CAD software (3D modeling and 2D/3D drawings).
