Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead software development teams and oversee delivery across the software development lifecycle, from backlog refinement through build, test, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • •Drive disciplined Agile and DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize delivery speed, quality, and resilience.
  • •Own system architecture discussions and design decisions for complex products, translating user requirements into system designs aligned to business strategy.
  • •Establish standards for code quality, security, and maintainability, and update security assessment processes to ensure code is free from threats.
  • •Monitor throughput across teams, lead incident response expertise, manage developer tools decisions, and identify/develop engineering talent to support product reliability and performance.
