Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute supplier audits (general, process, EHS) and coordinate on-site assessments; issue qualification reports in the Supplier Collaboration Portal (SCP).
  • •Partner with production and sourcing during NPI to support material selection, process feasibility, and cost optimization, leading prototyping, pilot runs, and TSQP implementation from sample to mass production.
  • •Conduct regular QCDES (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, Social Responsibility) evaluations and design and drive improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
  • •Support environmental protection, ethics, and social responsibility progress for key suppliers through improvement plans and follow-up.
  • •Review technical specifications and process capabilities to support category managers in supplier selection, localization, dual-sourcing, and technology development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of supplier development experience in the manufacturing sector within a foreign-invested or multinational enterprise.
  • •Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and process control points.
  • •Familiarity with the TSQP (Total Supplier Quality Process) framework.
  • •Strong command of Microsoft Office suite and good written and spoken English for daily communication with global teams.
