Provide comprehensive personal financial counseling to military service members and their families at assigned installations. Deliver one-on-one and group sessions, develop spending plans, create informing materials, and coordinate financial management workshops. Utilize virtual counseling tools as needed and collaborate with installation leadership to ensure program scope meets needs.
