Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services to drive cost reduction, productivity, and cash flow objectives.
  • •Manage RFQs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance.
  • •Develop and execute supplier and category strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
  • •Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive continuous supplier performance improvements.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities and support informed decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial functions.
  • •Demonstrate strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, contract management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
