Job Summary

Own end-to-end techno-commercial proposal development for Chemical Injection Packages for customers across the Middle East and India. Review RFQs and specifications, perform equipment selection/sizing/configuration (pumps, instrumentation, piping, accessories), and prepare compliant proposals aligned to customer and regional standards. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management, liaise with suppliers for pricing and delivery, and support margin protection through post-order/project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and interpret customer specifications, datasheets, and RFQs to define technical and commercial requirements.
•Perform equipment selection, sizing, and configuration of chemical injection packages (pumps, instrumentation, piping, accessories).
•Prepare techno-commercial proposals ensuring compliance with customer, project, and regional standards.
•Liaise with approved suppliers/vendors to obtain pricing, delivery timelines, and technical clarifications; develop costing/pricing structures for Middle East and India.
•Act as technical interface with customers and coordinate proposal feasibility with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management; provide proposal documentation to Project Management.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to applications and proposal engineering.
•Proven experience with Chemical Injection Packages and positive displacement pumps.
•Application knowledge in Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, and Petrochemical industries for Middle East and India markets (advantage).
•Strong application engineering ability to interpret customer specifications and contribute to compliant, profitable proposals.
