Job Summary

Senior Technical Enablement Manager to own the onboarding, certification, and continuous readiness program for Zip's Solutions Engineering team. You will design ramp programs, maintain certifications, enable competitive and vertical depth, leverage data to improve performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with SE leadership, Product, PMM, and RevOps to drive faster deal velocity in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver a structured ramp program for new SEs including platform depth, demo certification, discovery methodology, and technical objection handling; track ramp KPIs and iterate to accelerate time-to-readiness
•Build and maintain a continuous learning program that keeps SEs sharp as the product evolves, partnering with Product and PMM to operationalize new releases and messaging updates
•Own the SE certification framework including demo quality, technical discovery, and RFx readiness; run bi-annual refreshes with AI roleplay tools to scale practice
•Develop programs that arm SEs with technical differentiation and ERP/integration knowledge (e.g. SAP) to win in enterprise deals
•Use Gong call intelligence and win/loss data to identify gaps and build targeted interventions to improve performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement, solutions engineering, or a closely related GTM role in a high-growth SaaS environment
•Deep understanding of the SE function and how SEs prep for technical evaluations and demos
•Proven experience building certification programs, technical learning journeys, and demo readiness frameworks
•Hands-on with tools like Gong, LMS platforms, and AI roleplay tools (e.g. LetterAI)
•Strong data orientation and ability to pull insights from call intelligence and performance data to inform program design
