Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative and operational oversight of the Private Homes component and deliver brand-standard owner and rental guest engagement.
  • •Manage Residential Home Owners Association operations, including governance adherence, statutory compliance activities, and coordination of quarterly and annual meetings.
  • •Oversee day-to-day Rental Program operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality standards, financial reconciliation, and appropriate interventions when issues arise.
  • •Conduct regular property walkthroughs with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security and ensure preventative maintenance and public/back-of-house standards.
  • •Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor expenditure vs budget, support financial reporting/auditing requirements, and collaborate on a five-year capital replacement plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Building Surveying, Hospitality, or Property Management.
  • •3-5 years working in high-end or luxury mixed use HOA/strata developments.
  • •Experience in HOA management qualification (or prepared to obtain it).
  • •Understanding of local real estate legislation.
  • •Must be fluent in verbal and written English with strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency.
