Key Responsibilities

  • •Marshall aircraft on the ramp by directing, assisting, and parking arriving, departing, and towed aircraft.
  • •Service aircraft as needed, including lavatory service and water service.
  • •Load and unload aircraft baggage and cargo.
  • •Perform aircraft de-icing/anti-icing and other delegated ground duties.
  • •Monitor security by observing and screening passengers, airport personnel and crew; maintain safety and be prepared to respond to pilot or crew calls for assistance.
