Operate and troubleshoot label machines to produce zero-defect output and meet retail deadlines. Own equipment performance by setting up runs, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate raw material logs in the ERP system. Handle die upkeep and report technical issues, while following SOPs and safety protocols (PPE) in a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate to achieve site goals and adapt to changing production priorities across shifts.
