Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and set up NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes, or VTCs for routine production operations.
  • •Follow work instructions and documents (operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, oral instruction) to set up equipment for specified machining operations.
  • •Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
  • •Maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM).
  • •Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, programmers, and other production personnel to resolve machining problems and assist in part process development.

Key Requirements
