Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Payments early careers program as a single-cohort experience aligned to sales, product, digital solutions, strategy/execution, and client coverage teams.
  • •Develop and deliver the program curriculum, including Payments foundations, products/economics, credit/risk, platform capabilities, sales/pitching, and an applied capstone.
  • •Translate business and workforce priorities into program strategy, annual plan, participant experience, development approach, and success measures.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior leaders, recruiting, and program stakeholders; lead program reviews and drive decisions without formal authority.
  • •Own end-to-end execution across recruiting alignment, onboarding, training, rotations, performance milestones, conversion/placement readiness, and continuous improvement using analytics.
